The 2026 Olive Branch Farmers Market is holding its grand closing, according to an announcement from Olive Branch Mayor Ken Adams.
The market operates each Saturday during the summer, from June through September, on the front lawn of City Hall in Olive Branch. Information about participating in the 2027 season is available at www.obms.us/farmersmarket.
Jon Ross Myers founded Mississippi News Group in 2013. Before founding the organization, he worked at The Daily Mississippian, The Marion Salute and The Southern Sentinel. A Mississippi journalist and writer based in Ripley, he received second place in poetry in the 2025 William Faulkner Literary Competition for "The Garden."
