The New Albany Main Street Association announced it is seeking two new team members for positions offering more than 30 hours per week.
The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with shifts mostly in the morning and occasional afternoon hours. The post says applicants or staff receive free coffee and sweet treats and asks interested people to message with a resume.
Jon Ross Myers founded Mississippi News Group in 2013. Before founding the organization, he worked at The Daily Mississippian, The Marion Salute and The Southern Sentinel. A Mississippi journalist and writer based in Ripley, he received second place in poetry in the 2025 William Faulkner Literary Competition for "The Garden."
