MDHS website scheduled for maintenance beginning Sept. 29

The Mississippi Department of Human Services website will be down for scheduled maintenance beginning at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, the agency said.

The brief disruption will not affect clients’ ability to report changes, update case information or contact a caseworker. Clients who need to submit documents, view notices or update a case can use the Common Web Portal at https://www.access.ms.gov/consumer/home/.

For transaction checks, card locking or unlocking, and PIN changes, clients can use ConnectEBT at https://www.connectebt.com/ebtconnect/recipient/MS/. The MDHS Client Service Center can also be reached at (800) 948-3050 by selecting Option 3.
