In her time off, Mears said she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dogs, along with outdoor activities, particularly being on the water. She also said she and her husband have been exploring the Gulf Coast since moving to the area.
Mears identified Long Beach Market and Deli as her favorite local spot and said she especially likes its spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles. She is also a fan of the Denver Broncos and Washington Capitals.
Her preferred shift drink is Mountain Dew. Mears’ personal motto is: “You can have results or excuses. Not both.”
