Detective Lauren Etheridge, Officer Bryanna Williams and Captain Michael Knapp visited Mrs. Brooks’ class at D’Iberville High School to speak with students about careers in law enforcement, according to the D’Iberville Police Department.
The officers shared some of their experiences, answered questions and discussed opportunities available to people who may pursue the profession. The department said the conversation also focused on serving others, building relationships and contributing to the community.

The visit was part of the officers’ outreach with young people. The department thanked Mrs. Brooks and D’Iberville High School for hosting the discussion.
