The CREATE Foundation, led by President Mike Clayborne, has been named grand marshal of Reed’s 78th Annual Tupelo Christmas Parade, which will use “It’s A Wonderful Life” as its theme.
The theme highlights the people, organizations and acts of generosity that contribute to life in Tupelo and North Mississippi, according to the announcement.

The foundation has contributed to the region for more than five decades through philanthropy, endowment building, charitable giving and strategic grant making. The announcement also recognizes Clayborne’s 30 years as president of CREATE.
The parade is scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, 2026, in Downtown Tupelo. Applications are open at tupelomainstreet.com for participants who want to join the parade.
