Chula’s working toward opening new location in Ashland

Chula’s is working toward opening a new location in Ashland, according to Ripley Main Street.

The business previously operated at The Cut-Off and has grown from that time into its own location, Ripley Main Street said. The organization encouraged people to follow Chula’s progress and support the business in Ashland.
