Staff members at Byrne Zizzi CPA held a Teddy Bear Day drive last week and donated stuffed animals to the Lee County Sheriff’s Department, Sheriff Jim H. Johnson said.
The department plans to give the stuffed animals to children deputies encounter during stressful or difficult situations. Johnson thanked the accounting firm’s staff for providing the toys as a source of comfort for those children.
