35 inmates participate in East Mississippi Correctional Facility worship team

Thirty-five inmates at the East Mississippi Correctional Facility participated in the facility’s Praise and Worship Team, sharing messages of faith, hope and encouragement through music, prayer and fellowship.

Warden Mike Dixon said the team reached individuals throughout the facility and reminded them that hope is available even in difficult circumstances. He described the inmates’ willingness to serve and share the love of Christ as a meaningful blessing to residents and an uplifting example of faith in action.
