Tornado Warning Issued for Covington and Jones Counties in Mississippi

A tornado warning is in effect for Covington and Jones counties in Mississippi until 8:30 a.m. CST, according to the National Weather Service.

The warning was issued as severe weather threatens the area. Residents are advised to seek shelter immediately and stay tuned to local weather updates.
