Anthony Jackson arrested in drug raid near Ellisville

Anthony Jackson turned himself in to the Jones County Sheriff’s Department after an arrest tied to a drug raid near Ellisville, the report said.

Northeast football will play Jones at Sim Cooley Field in Ellisville in its first road game of the season, with kickoff set for 7 p.m..

Sharp’s term will begin on July 1 and will fill the remainder of the four-year term.

Wuertz was sentenced by the Jones County Circuit Court to 8 years with the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

All persons arrested by the Mississippi Office of the State Auditor are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
