The State Auditor’s Office announced its New Year’s resolution to intensify efforts to detect fraud and uncover corruption within state government. Officials say they will remain aggressive in their investigations throughout 2024.
The office’s leadership emphasized their commitment to accountability, warning that those expecting a less proactive approach in 2026 will be disappointed.
