The Magee Police Department has taken Daniel Lee Easterling into custody on charges that include possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and running a stop sign, officials said.
Easterling is also being held on a hold for the Rankin County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities emphasize that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Chief Denis J. Borges of the Magee Police Department announced the arrest.
