Man Arrested for Kidnapping at Mississippi Truck Stop; 12 Year Old Victim Found

A missing North Carolina girl that had been abducted on September 29 has been found with a South Carolina man at the 35/55 Truck Stop in Carroll County, Mississippi.

Randy Donovan, 53, of Columbus, South Carolina, was arrested on Tuesday, October 1st, and booked on multiple charges after FBI agents recieved a tip that lead to them searching multiple vehicles and found a 12 year old girl that had been missing inside of an 18-wheeler.

In addition to the kidnapping, Donovan was also charged him with possession of child pornography and lustful touching and faces local, state and federal charges between North Carolina to New Orleans.
