Mayor Errick D. Simmons and Ward 1 Councilman Al Brock were shown standing on the newly paved section while discussing the city’s infrastructure work. The effort is being carried out one street, neighborhood and ward at a time, according to the city.

Simmons said the city recognizes that additional work remains and is committed to improving the streets and infrastructure that support movement through Greenville.
