Ridgeland police seek man in late-January bank scam
The Ridgeland Police Department is asking the public to help identify an unidentified man wanted for questioning in a bank scam that targeted a local resident in late January 2026, Central Mississippi Crime Stoppers said in a Facebook post.
The organization posted a photo showing the man wearing a dark-colored hoodie with “Golden State Warriors” embroidered on the front. Authorities did not provide additional details about the alleged scam in the post.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 601-355-TIPS (8477). The post says anyone whose information leads to an arrest could be eligible for up to $2,500. Tips also can be submitted online at https://www.p3tips.com/tipform.aspx?ID=116#.
