Oxford Municipal Court is offering a warrant amnesty program that runs through Feb. 28, 2026, the court said in a Facebook post. The court listed the location as 72 F.D. Buddy East Parkway, Suite 200, and encouraged people with open misdemeanor warrants to resolve them during the program.
The post said participants can address eligible misdemeanor warrants without arrests, fees or jail time. The message framed the effort as a second-chance program and urged people not to respond to outstanding warrants by turning others in.
Warrant amnesty programs generally allow people to clear low-level warrants by appearing at the court and taking care of the underlying case, often reducing the immediate risk of arrest and helping people avoid collateral consequences tied to unresolved warrants.
