Jackson Police Department is currently investigating what appears to be an accidental shooting in the 1200 block of Wood Village Drive, the department said in a Facebook post.
The department did not provide additional details in the post, including whether anyone was injured, how the incident occurred or when it took place. Officials did not immediately respond to requests for further information.
