Harrison County sheriff asks public to help find missing man

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help locating a missing man, Kelvin Mark Fuqua, the office said in a Facebook post. Fuqua is 43 and was last heard from on March 3, 2026; he has not been home or contacted family or close friends since that date.

The sheriff’s office described Fuqua as a Black male about 5-foot-6 and 195 pounds, partially bald with some brown hair, a beard and brown eyes. He has multiple facial tattoos and a nose piercing. Investigators say he left home without a car or a phone, and it is unknown what he was last wearing.

The post noted that Crime Stoppers will only issue a reward in a case if there is an arrest. Anyone with information was asked to contact their local police department or sheriff’s office. To remain anonymous, the post directed people to submit tips through the P3 Tips app or by calling the Crime Stoppers tip line.

Crime Stoppers is a community program that accepts anonymous tips and sometimes offers rewards to aid investigations. The sheriff’s office said the investigation is ongoing. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
