Biloxi man gets 10 years in federal prison for child sexual abuse material

BILOXI, Mississippi — A Biloxi man was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison on March 6 after pleading guilty to possession of child sexual abuse material, Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch announced Tuesday.

U.S. District Court Chief Judge Sul Ozerden ordered Terrance Allan Green, 46, to serve 10 years in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons followed by lifetime supervised release. Green was also ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution and $3,000 in fees, officials said.

The case was investigated jointly by the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with assistance from the Biloxi Police Department. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Mississippi prosecuted the case. Officials said Green is already registered as a sex offender.

“Predators who seek to exploit children in Mississippi will not go unpunished, and my office is committed to holding these individuals accountable,” Fitch said in a statement. “I am grateful to our partners at the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for their work to secure this sentence. Together, we are making Mississippi a safer place for everyone.” The attorney general’s office said the arrest and sentencing stem from a 2025 undercover operation that also led to the recent sentencing of another defendant. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
