Hancock County authorities and the family of Steven Tomak are asking the public for help locating the man, who has not been heard from since March 12, 2026, the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office said.
Tomak was last seen leaving his home in the Bayside Park area on March 12. He lives with his parents, who said they have not heard from him since. He does not have a working phone, and his current whereabouts are unknown.
When he left, Tomak said he was going to visit a friend. He was last seen wearing a black sweater and blue jeans, according to the sheriff’s office. He is listed in the FBI’s National Crime Information Center, or NCIC, as number M988904961.
The sheriff’s office and Tomak’s family ask anyone with information to contact their nearest law enforcement agency.
