Authorities are asking the community to keep Deputy Jason Gray in their thoughts and prayers. Deputy Gray, who serves as the School Resource Officer at Michie Elementary School, is currently in the hospital’s intensive care unit, according to a post on Facebook.
Deputy Gray is a dedicated officer and a familiar, trusted figure for students and staff. The department has asked for support and well wishes for him and his family during this challenging time. Updates will be shared as they become available.
