SES enforces new car rider map starting Feb. 23
SES said in a Facebook post that it will require drivers to use a new map for morning and afternoon car rider lines beginning Monday, Feb. 23. The school said the change is intended to safely streamline arrival and dismissal on the SES campus and added that the plan will be enforced.
Car rider procedures are common at schools to reduce congestion, improve traffic flow and protect students during busy drop-off and pick-up times. Schools typically use designated lanes, signage and staff direction to limit confusion and speed up movement while maintaining safety.
SES did not provide further details about the map layout or enforcement measures in the post. Parents and guardians typically are asked to review such maps closely and follow staff instructions to avoid delays and ensure student safety.
This is a developing notice; SES said only the effective date and that the maps should be used. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
