The Shop With the Sheriff program is seeking donations through the Pinebelt Foundation to help children and families in need during the holidays.
The donations allow local sheriff’s deputies to accompany children and families on a holiday shopping trip for clothing, necessities and gifts to place under the tree. The program is intended to spread holiday cheer in the community and help ensure families are not left behind during the season.

The Forrest County Sheriff's Office encouraged people to donate through the Pinebelt Foundation at www.pinebeltfoundation.org, saying every dollar can make an impact in a local family’s life.
