Riverfest sends vendor packets to paid vendors

The New Albany Main Street Association said all vendors who have paid their fees were emailed their official Tallahatchie Riverfest vendor packets as of 6 p.m. The email is from visitnewalbany@gmail.com; vendors who do not see it in their primary inbox should check their Spam/Junk or Promotions folders.

The packet includes instructions for vendor check-in, load-in, parking, setup and other festival-day procedures. Riverfest organizers said the information will also be sent by text later in the week as an additional reminder.

Vendors are asked to have the packet or email available on a phone when they arrive or bring a printed copy. Organizers said this will help the check-in team verify information such as a vendor’s phone number, email address or registration if questions arise.

Tallahatchie Riverfest 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 26, in Historic Downtown New Albany.
