A Marion County Sheriff's Office traffic alert contains conflicting statements about the status of Hwy. 13 North near Expose Road. The notice opens by saying the roadway is back open, but also says both lanes are blocked because a truck and trailer are stuck in the roadway.
The alert directs southbound traffic to use Old Hwy. 13 North and northbound traffic to use Expose Road to Ratliff Loop as alternate routes. Motorists are urged to avoid the area if possible and use caution on the alternate routes.
