Southaven Police Launch Citizens Police Academy Class of 2026
Southaven Police Chief Kern welcomed the Citizens Police Academy Class of 2026 on Monday night, according to a post on the department’s Facebook page.
Major Rainbolt led the first session, offering an overview of the E-911 Communications Division. The program includes 12 weekly sessions designed to give participants a behind-the-scenes look at police work.
The department thanked Walmart Southaven for donating refreshments for the event.
