House and Senate Forced into Lockdown after Protestors Enter Capitol Hill
Both the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives are locked down after protestors managed to get past security forces and enter the Capitol building.
These protests come on a day where Congress will ratify Joe Biden’s victory from the November election and confirm his inauguration on January 20th.
Also, the protests also occur on the same day that it seems that both Georgia senate seats will be won by Democrats, which will produce a “blue” majority in the House, Senate, and White House.
President Trump has asked his supporters to be peaceful and to respect the law enforcement guarding the Capitol.
