Two Dead in Accidents Stemming from Winter Storm
The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency is reported two deaths in automobile accidents that were attributed to the winter storm that swept the state last week.
The accidents occurred in the Neshoba and Oktibbeha counties, respectively.
Along with these two deaths, homes and businesses in Grenada and Marshall counties are reporting damages.
Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley stated that as of Saturday night, an estimated 39,730 power outages were still ongoing throughout the Magnolia State.
