Mississippi’s most popular baby names 2024

The Mississippi State Department of Health Monday released its list of the 25 most popular baby names for boys and girls born to Mississippi residents in 2024.

The list was compiled by the MSDH Office of Vital Records and Public Health Statistics

Counts and rankings are based on provisional birth certificate data. Rankings are compiled from the First Name and Sex entries from the birth certificate. Names have not been edited.
