Laura Moves to “Extremely Dangerous” Category Four Hurricane

On Wednesday, the Air Force Hurricane Hunter Aircraft detected changes in upcoming Hurricane Laura. It has now been upgraded to a Category Four storm.

The National Hurricane Center in Miami has warned of extreme winds, storm surges, and flash flooding that could prove fatal to eastern Texas and Louisiana.

The center warns of the storm’s vast ability to sink homes and flood entire communities.
