Deputies with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for service regarding a disturbance.

The deputy involved did not receive any serious physical injuries.

The subject received non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

Officers discharged their weapons, striking the subject with fatal injuries.
