Yazoo County Sheriff Jeremy “Bull” McCoy assured residents Monday evening that there is no cause for concern after increased law enforcement presence in the area.
McCoy said there is no manhunt and no one is missing. He said the agencies involved coordinated as a proactive measure to ensure public safety.
He expressed appreciation for the officers and personnel who assisted and thanked the community for its cooperation and trust.
