The administrative offices of the Rankin County Sheriff’s Department will be closed from Thursday, Jan. 1, through Jan. 2, in observance of the New Year’s holiday, the department announced.
Offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Jan. 5. During the closure, the patrol division will continue to operate as scheduled and respond to calls for assistance, officials said.
