Mississippi DPS offices closed Jan. 1-2 for New Year holiday
Mississippi Department of Public Safety offices will close Thursday and Friday in observance of the New Year holiday, the agency announced.
This closure affects all driver service bureaus across the state. Offices will reopen Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
Officials encourage residents to stay safe during the holiday.
