Southaven police praise parks department for Easter Plan B

Southaven Police Department on Facebook applauded Southaven Parks & Recreation for quickly adapting an outdoor Easter event when rain threatened the original plans.

The department said the Easter Bunny made a special stop, and children were able to collect Easter eggs and get their faces painted as organizers implemented a Plan B. The post thanked residents who attended.
