Police seek woman in alleged exploitation of vulnerable adult
Ocean Springs police and Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers say Kiera Gaines, 30, is wanted on a charge of felony exploitation of a vulnerable adult in Case/Warrant 24-10006, authorities said.
Investigators said Gaines is believed to drive a silver Nissan Altima with Mississippi tag HEE163. Police said she is known to frequently travel through the Coast area, including Gulfport, Biloxi and Ocean Springs.
Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers posted the notice on its Facebook page and urged anyone with information to submit tips through the P3 Tips app or by calling TIPS. The agency said to be eligible for a reward, information must be submitted directly through Crime Stoppers.
Crime Stoppers programs encourage the public to provide anonymous tips and can offer rewards for information that leads to arrests. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
