Oxford police thank sponsors for law enforcement luncheon
The Oxford Police Department thanked Shaw Ace Hardware and Strive 4 Marketing for sponsoring its law enforcement luncheon this month at Back 9, the department said in a Facebook post.
Shaw Ace Hardware is a hardware retailer and Strive 4 Marketing is a marketing firm, both named by the department as event sponsors. The post expressed appreciation for the businesses’ support of the Oxford Police Department.
Business sponsorships help cover costs for community events and allow law enforcement agencies to host gatherings that promote dialogue and partnership with residents and local organizations. Such luncheons often provide an opportunity for department leaders, officers and community members to meet, network and discuss public safety concerns.
