D’Iberville police ask public to identify suspect in March 14 vehicle theft

The D’Iberville Police Department is asking the public to help identify a person involved in a motor vehicle theft that occurred March 14, 2026, the Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers said in a Facebook post.

The individual was captured in images that accompanied the post and was seen taking a vehicle from a local dealership, the post said. Anyone who recognizes the person or has information about the incident is asked to contact Crime Stoppers by downloading the P3 Tips app or by calling the Crime Stoppers tips line listed by the organization.

Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers is a community program that works with local law enforcement to collect anonymous tips and sometimes offers rewards for information that leads to arrests. To qualify for any reward, the organization said, information must be submitted through Crime Stoppers.

Motor vehicle thefts can have significant financial and public safety impacts, and identifying suspects helps investigators recover property and pursue charges. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
