Deputy Samuel Marshall graduates from Mississippi Delta Law Enforcement Academy

The Coahoma County Sheriff’s Office on Facebook congratulated Deputy Samuel Marshall on his graduation from the Mississippi Delta Community College Law Enforcement Academy, Class 26-B82.

The sheriff’s office said Marshall demonstrated dedication, discipline and commitment throughout his training and that it is proud to have him serving the local community.

Mississippi Delta Community College operates a law enforcement academy that provides basic training for officers who work in municipal and county agencies across the region. Such programs typically cover legal instruction, defensive tactics, firearms training and other skills designed to prepare recruits for duties in law enforcement.

The sheriff’s office said it looks forward to Marshall’s continued growth and service as he begins the next chapter of his career. The graduation marks a milestone for the deputy and represents the completion of formal academy training required by many departments for patrol and enforcement duties.
