Department names employees of month for November, December
Two department members were honored at last week’s Exchange Club meeting when officials named Employee of the Month for November and December, the agency said.
Officer Cole Cromwell was named Employee of the Month for November, and Cpl. Tyler Smith was named Employee of the Month for December, the department said on its Facebook page.
The department said both employees were recognized for their ‘‘dedication, professionalism, and service’’ to the department and the community. The post said the awards reflect work performed throughout the year.
The announcement noted the department is resuming its Employee of the Month celebrations after a busy stretch of holidays and winter weather. Employee of the Month programs are commonly used by public agencies to acknowledge consistent performance and community engagement.
