Communicare seeks community input through quick check-in

Communicare is asking community members to complete a brief check-in to help the behavioral health provider better understand local needs, the organization said in a Facebook post. The assessment is open to everyone in the community, whether or not they currently receive services.

The post notes that support is available for anyone in crisis and provides contact information for immediate help. People in need can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or contact Communicare’s local 24-hour crisis line at 866-837-7521, the post says.

Communicare is a community mental health provider that offers behavioral health and related support services. Outreach efforts such as surveys and check-ins are commonly used by mental health organizations to gather feedback, identify gaps in care and shape programs to better serve local residents.

Participants can screenshot the Facebook post to access a QR code or use the online assessment link provided by Communicare. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
