Communicare reopens outpatient offices in Calhoun, Lafayette and Yalobusha counties
Communicare said in a Facebook post that its outpatient offices in Calhoun, Lafayette and Yalobusha counties will reopen Feb. 2.
The agency said outpatient offices in Marshall, Panola and Tate counties will remain closed because of road and safety conditions. Communicare said it will continue to post updates as conditions change.
Communicare is a community mental health provider that operates outpatient clinics across the region and offers crisis services. The reopening restores local access to nonemergency counseling and outpatient care for residents who rely on the clinics for ongoing treatment and support.
For immediate mental health support, Communicare said people can call its crisis line anytime at (866) 837-7521. Support is available 24/7, the agency said. It also urged residents to stay safe and thanked the public for their understanding.
We will provide more information as it becomes available.
