McRae: The beginning of the end of ESG

Companies like Harley Davidson, Tractor Supply, Jack Daniels, and Harley Davidson have reversed course and abandoned ESG principles altogether.

“No one should be denied access to basic financial services because of their beliefs.”

There is still a long way to go to rid the financial system of ESG, but I’m hopeful S&P’s decision is the first in a long line of dominos to fall.
