Saturday, July 8 was a good night for three Mississippi Lottery players who won close to half-million dollars total in prizes.

Second Chance players win more than $500,000

The Second Chance promotional drawing included 10 eligible scratch-off games.

The Education Enhancement Fund has received a total of $33,220,264.37.

Three new scratch-off games will be available in Mississippi Lottery retailers beginning Tuesday, June 6.

Several large prizes from Powerball® and Mega Millions® remain unclaimed, with one prize expiring Monday, May 1.

The total fiscal year-to-date transfer to the state reached $94,520,114.08.

With the Mississippi Lottery’s February transfer of $9,683,605.23, the total fiscal year-to-date transfer to the state reached $84,166,653.80.

The Mississippi Lottery Corporation is announcing the official end date and the 2nd Chance promotional drawing date for 10 scratch-off games.

“Unprecedented sales are the reason we decided to increase the estimated jackpot,” said Mississippi Lottery President Jeff Hewitt.
