New Albany, Miss. — Blue Mountain Christian closed its regular season with a win over the Rust Bearcats on Thursday and will enter the SSAC Tournament as the No. 4 seed, the school said on its athletics website.

The Toppers set the tone in doubles, taking two matches. Camila Mordiz and Eugenia Ramos earned a 6-4 victory at No. 1 doubles, and Nami Malyaporn and Kiersten Terris followed with a 6-3 win. Blue Mountain Christian claimed the third doubles point by default after Rust did not have enough players to complete the lineup, the school said.
