Mississippi Department of Transportation officials announced upcoming road construction on Goodman Road from Airways Boulevard to Highway 78.
The work will close the right lanes in both directions from Monday, Jan. 12, at 8:30 a.m. to Thursday, Jan. 15, at 4:30 p.m.
During this time, lane closures will affect the section between Airways Boulevard and U.S. Highway 78. Motorists are advised to plan for delays and seek alternate routes.
MDOT also reported that U.S. Highway 302 will be closed to traffic in both directions between Airways Boulevard and U.S. Highway 78. The closure is part of the same construction effort and involves only the right lane.
