Lowndes County Police Seek Help in Locating Wanted Persons

The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office has issued a bulletin seeking information on individuals with active warrants. Authorities caution that warrant statuses may change, and some warrants may no longer be valid.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. Citizens with information about their whereabouts are urged to contact the sheriff’s office. To remain anonymous, tipsters can call Golden Triangle Crime Stoppers at 1-800-530-7151 or submit tips through the P3Tips app.

Crime Stoppers offers rewards of up to $1,000 for tips leading to an arrest or solving a crime. Law enforcement warns that some individuals may be dangerous and advises against attempting to confront or apprehend them.

The sheriff’s office thanks residents for their support in making Lowndes County safer, Sheriff Eddie Hawkins said.
