Jackson Zoo Reopens after Power Outages
The Jackson Zoo announced that it has fully reopened to the public after power outages that were a result of severe weather on Tuesday have been taken care of.
The zoo also announced it would be open on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Leaders have assured customers that all facets of power issues at the zoo have been resolved.
Tickets from the past days where the zoo was affected by outages will be honored. Ticket sales have resumed at jacksonzoo.com/shop.
The last tickets will be sold at 2:45 daily and animals will begin to go to sleep for the day at 4 p.m.
