The police department is inviting the public to Donovan’s Celebration of Service on Friday, March 27, from 4 to 6 p.m., the department said in a Facebook post.
The post encouraged residents to stop by to congratulate him, share memories and wish him well on this next chapter, saying, “We hope to see you there!”
